I have been attending Wisnu's mindfulness classes for over a year, and they have been tremendously life-changing in bringing equanimity, joy and peace into my life. I am very enthusiastic about the bi-monthly meetings because they have allowed me the opportunity to grow, to build confidence, and to share my feelings in a safe and non judgmental environment. I found a wonderful sharing of compassion and encouragement between each of us at the sessions..The connectivity I've experienced with each of the members of the group is a mental, emotional, and physical sensation that is powerful and comforting.
